Accessible Day Club • Glasgow • Monday–Friday

Inclusive, carer-supported day club across Glasgow

AbilityHub.scot runs friendly, structured morning and afternoon sessions (Monday to Friday) for adults aged 18+ and their carers across Glasgow. We prioritise accessibility with step-free venues, clear visual schedules and predictable routines, and we’re inclusive of all disabilities — physical, learning, autism, ADHD, dementia and additional needs. Gentle movement, chair aerobics, bingo, quizzes, music & movement and a light-hearted disco keep things social and fun. This is not a drop-off club — carers must attend and remain responsible for supervising the person they support throughout each session. Low-cost membership and pay-as-you-go options help keep visits affordable.
